“Inward Bound”: A 2 part mindfulness workshop on how to manage stress, understand your minds patterns, and quiet the automatic negative thoughts to be more productive, happy, & energized. Part 2: Lessons from Elsa: Letting go of what’s not even yours to carry”. We recommend you have a quiet space to sit while taking the class and also have a journal or paper & writing utensil for excavation work to record what you learn.
