Join Miss Karen outside on the Children's patio area for a fun time of yoga.
Learn the basics of yoga and enjoy the benefits of strength, flexibility, and relaxation. You will learn poses, participate in a short flow (a sequence of poses), and play fun games. We will end the session with mindfulness activities.
Please bring a yoga mat or large towel.
Weather permitted. Tween Yoga will be moved to the Story and Craft Room if needed.
