Join James Valenti, JD, LLM, Esq., as he discuss the Rochester court case, Nebbia v. New York, which made its way to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1934 dealing with NYS's  version of a piece of  New Deal and Leo Nebbia, the owner of a grocery store. He will also mention to other local Supreme Court cases, Valenti v. Rockefeller and Town of Greece v. Galloway.
